I can not recommend Guy enough, he is a fantastic trainer! I started personal training with Guy in February as I wanted to increase my training and make it more specific to my own fitness goals - get fitter and stronger.  I can honestly say I have enjoyed every session. They are always varied and Guy gets the right balance between motivation and encouragement. He is really friendly and easy to talk to so if you are new to exercise you will quickly feel at ease. If, on the other hand you are a regular exerciser, Guy knows how to push you to the next level. You will get results with Guy.
