CLASSES

Once you are booked into the class there is no procrastination or 101 reasons not to workout. The class environment will motivate you to work harder then you would on your own. The friendly fitness community at Barn gym with likeminded people encourages a healthy lifestyle. Classes are essentially a cheaper form of personal training where a expert coach will take you though a pre planned workout.
