1:1 training For All Fitness Levels

 

 

For the ultimate guidance specific to your individual needs and goals, Guy is available for individual Personal Training sessions. Together you will construct a tailored plan that will allow you to finally see the gains you want.  The PT sessions can be either 1-2-1 or you can book in with a friend and do a joint session which will cost the same.

There are many benefits to having a personal trainer:

Educate you: Being educated whilst exercising is essential in maximising effectiveness and reducing the risk of injury. So not only you will learn how to perform the exercises properly you will understand why and how it works. Personal training will teach you everything you need to know about exercising.  The perfect routine will help you achieve your goals.

Evaluate your current program: By looking at what you’re already doing Guy can slightly change the way you train to make it more efficient and effective.

Create goals: Guy will help you create specific, measurable and realistic goals which will motivate you to improve.

Help you stay motivated: Knowing you have an appointment with Guy can help you maintain motivation to exercise during the week.

Push you a little harder: People often don’t see results because they’re not working as hard as they could. It’s easy to slack off when you’re by yourself, but having someone to challenge you (and cheer you on) will make a difference.

£350: Block of 10 personal training sessions

£40: individual 1-2-1 personal training session

£45: 1 month personalized training program

 

Guy will create a training program for you which will be tailored to your fitness goals, whether it be to run a marathon, compete in a weightlifting competition or just to lose some fat and get fitter.

You need structure to your training and without it, you will struggle to see the progress. Your personalised training program will help you avoid under or overtraining, give you motivation to workout, give you structure, help prevent injuries and most importantly help you reach your goals.

I first met Guy training at my local CrossFit box where Guy was coaching and he was always incredibly helpful and supportive but never more so when I sustained a long term shoulder injury which meant not training in the way I was used to. With Guy’s knowledge and expertise, I entered into specific and targeted shoulder re-hab. This was a game-changer and I now see how vital getting the right help has made to my training program. In three months I have made some great progress seeing me hit a couple of PB’s lifting heavy weights using the correct technique, something I would never have had the confidence to do on my own.

The sessions with Guy are always varied which makes them both enjoyable and always challenging with goals set and importantly achieved.
