All equipment (used inside and outside) is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between clients. Social distancing is maintained at all times and the majority of our sessions take place outside in the fresh air. We have a hand sanitiser dispenser on the door if you need to go inside.
WHO CAN YOU TRAIN?
WHAT HAPPENS IN A PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION ?
A personal training session usually lasts an hour. In this time you will be coached through a personalised workout created for you to achieve your goals. Your fitness and ability will be reflected in your training.
WHERE DOES THE TRAINING TAKE PLACE
Most of the training will take place in our PT studio but in the warmer months, we also train outdoors.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN?
If you are new to the gym, training three times a week should be sufficient for you to start feeling and seeing results.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?
Yes, if you would like to do joint sessions with one other person this can be accommodated but please book this advance of your sessions.
WHAT DAYS AND TIMES CAN I BOOK?
We are open Monday to Friday (5.00 am – 9.00 pm) and Saturday (8.00 am – 2.00 pm). Please contact me to make a booking.

Any cancellations of sessions within 24 hours of the actual session will be payable in full.
